Generations

Generations is one of 16 Area Agencies on Aging (AAAs) in Indiana

HCBS Strategies is assting Generations in working with the State to reform the HCBS delivery system. Thus far, we have written a white paper for them on restructuring waiting lists, assisted them in responding to a Request for Information (RFI) from the State, and to develop a proposal for restructuring services.

Abilities in Motion (AIM)

AIM is a Center for Independent Living located in Pennsylvania.

FMS Manual Developement

HCBS Strategies worked with AIM to develop an operational manual for a Fiscal Intermediary Program. This manual is a step by step guide that meets both State and Internal Revenue Service (IRS) requirements

NEPACIL (North East Pennsylvania Center for Independent Living)

NEPACIL is a Center For Independent Living and FMS provider in Pennsylvania

CRI (Community Resources for Independence)

CRI is a Center for Independent Living and FMS provider located in Pennsylvania

FMS Audit

HCBS Strategies reviewed current the FMS processes and procedures at CRI against newly developed State standards for FMS entities.. We developed a SWAT analysis of current processes and made recomendations for improvement. In addition we created several audit tracking tools to be implemented at a future date.
