Our mission is to assist states, counties, and private sector organizations to design and implement cost effective, inclusive home and community based support delivery systems serving individuals with disabilities and long term illnesses. Our clients include Medicaid agencies, other state agencies that rely on Medicaid funds, the federal government and other key stakeholders affected by the Medicaid program, such as individuals with disabilities, their advocates and providers.
